During the initial phone call, I will look at the planning regulations that apply to your site and discuss your brief. We will also discuss the design process with you and discuss timelines. After this call we usually organise a site visit, or send you a personalised fee proposal.

During the site visit, we walk with you through the property and discuss your ideas. We also provide some design advice based on similar projects we have completed. We then answer any questions you might have. A typical site visit lasts 40 to 60 minutes.

Two things are required: a site survey drawn by a surveyor, and a S10.7 (2&5) planning certificate (purchased from your local council for a small fee).
Urban Den Architects can assess a site's eligibility for CDC.
