04 CDC Approval
We prepare all documents and drawings, to submit your project to a private certifier for approval.
05 Choose Finishes
Choose finishes that meet your budget, so you know how your design will look and feel before construction begins.
06 Find a Builder
We ask builders to price up the project, to our standards, to ensure all builders quote on the same items.
07 Start Construction
We attend site visits and report back on any issues. This allows for timely resolution of issues
