This was a large corner site in a prominent area of the Eastern Suburbs, which was bought for development of a dual occupancy. The theme was to provide a large house suitable for the nearby beach lifestyle, with an elegant contemporary aesthetic and high end finishes.

A simple, coastal style home was designed, to provide an openness to the outdoors. The kitchen and living areas directly open onto the garden area. One long bifold door allows for these areas to completely open to the outside.

Each bedroom contains an en-suite, while the master suite contains an en-suite as well as a large walk in wardrobe. Full height windows ensure the house looks contemporary, and allows ample light into each dwelling.  

Other features include a wide entry foyer, bespoke cabinetry, a custom-made shade structure on the first floor, as well as double garage for each residence.
